GURCHARAN S. MATHARU - REGIONAL HEAD ENABLEMENT SERVICES.
Gurcharan is a Master of Pharmacy Holder.  He has over 19 years  of experience having worked in various capacities within the Pharmaceutical set ups.  He is currently the General Manager – New Business Development, Attainment and Projects at Beta Healthcare International Limited.  He is also heads the Secretariat function for Aspen SSA.

MARGARET W. JOHN-MATHENGE - REGIONAL HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION.
Margaret has a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.  She is also a Certified Human Resource Practitioner  (CHRP).  She has over 24 years of experience having worked in various Pharmaceutical and FMCG  set up.  She is currently the Regional Head of Human Resources and Administration for Aspen SSA.

HEMAL JANI - REGIONAL HEAD SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS.
Hemal holds a Degree in Science from Gujarat University, India and Diploma in International Trade from H.B. Institute of Management Studies, India. He has over two decades experience in Supply Chain & Procurement. Hemal joined Aspen Pharma Group in Jan 2014 and now heads the Regional Supply Chain role.

RICHARD KARIUKI - REGIONAL HEAD - GOVERNANCE.
Richard is a BA(economics) graduate from the University of Nairobi,  CPA(Certified Public Accountant) and CISA (Certified Information System Auditor). Richard has almost a decade experience in both manufacturing sector and service industries. He joined Aspen Pharma Group in 2014 & now heads Governance portfolio for the region.

CHIRAG PATEL - REGIONAL HEAD – TECHNICAL.
Chirag holds a Degree in Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, India. He has over 13 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Drug Regulatory Affairs. Chirag joined Aspen Pharma Group in Sep 2007 and now heads the Technical Department for the region.

GANESH NAVGIRE - HEAD OF MARKETING & EXPORTS SALES.

CALISTUS MAKOKHA - EHS MANAGER.
Calistus graduated from Moi University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering. He is a trained lead auditor in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Calistus has over sixteen years’ experience in Quality Assurance and Environment, Health and Safety.
