Job description
- Financial Planning and analysis Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure management makes well-informed decisions
- Provide a support to management on all aspects of finance.
- Analyse the performance of the business and give financial advise on changing business circumstances and improve value
- Preparing periodic financial statements, i.e. P&L, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Ensure spending is kept in line with the budget
- Advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions
- Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance from a reputable institution
ACCA/ CPA qualification - At least 3 years progressive experience preferably in the same capacity
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced excel and knowledge in SAP Accounting system will be an added advantage
- Strong Financial reporting experience
- Experience and background in auditing will be an added advantage
- Innovative and creative thinker in problem solving
- Strong technical skills in Accounting
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
