Job Description

  1. Deliver the highest standards of customer service/support.
  2. A strong understanding of how a pharma business operates and procedures involved.
  3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the secondary sales.
  4. Build and promote focus products to increase the market share & profitability and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them.
  5. To implement the business plan set by the line manager and continuously improve the assigned territory performance.
  6. Book secondary orders and ensure delivery through consistent follow ups with the secondary customers.
  7. Monitor customer’s inventory & plan a liquidation plan for slow moving products.
  8. Follow up with distributors for order delivery.
  9. Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  10. Field work reporting, close monitoring on competitors’ activity & updating HOD.
  11. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
