Job description

• Financial Planning and analysis Prepare, develop and analyse key financial information to ensure management makes well-informed decisions
• Provide a support to management on all aspects of finance.
• Analyse the performance of the business and give financial advise on changing business circumstances and improve value
• Preparing periodic financial statements, i.e. P&L, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
• Ensure spending is kept in line with the budget
• Advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions
• Analysing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance from a reputable institution
  ACCA/ CPA qualification
• At least 3 years progressive experience preferably in the same capacity
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced excel and knowledge in SAP Accounting system will be an added advantage
• Strong Financial reporting experience
• Experience and background in auditing will be an added advantage
• Innovative and creative thinker in problem solving
• Strong technical skills in Accounting
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.
